Instructions

  1. Dry the salmon fillets well. Brush both sides with a little bit of the BBQ Sauce, kosher salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet over medium high heat, add the salmon and cook for 4-5 minutes on the first side, and 3-5 on the second side (however you like it). Remove immediately from the heat.
  3. Cook the edamame in the microwave according to the instructions.
  4. Combine Red Cabbage, shredded carrots, Cilantro, kosher salt and pepper.
  5. On each plate add a bed of the slaw. Top with BBQ salmon, peach salsa, edamame, avocado, and Green onions. Serve with BBQ Sauce.
