Instructions
- Dry the salmon fillets well. Brush both sides with a little bit of the BBQ Sauce, kosher salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet over medium high heat, add the salmon and cook for 4-5 minutes on the first side, and 3-5 on the second side (however you like it). Remove immediately from the heat.
- Cook the edamame in the microwave according to the instructions.
- Combine Red Cabbage, shredded carrots, Cilantro, kosher salt and pepper.
- On each plate add a bed of the slaw. Top with BBQ salmon, peach salsa, edamame, avocado, and Green onions. Serve with BBQ Sauce.
