  1. Bring a large pot of water to boil over high heat. Add the tortellini once boiling and cook according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. While cooking, in a blender add the creamy herb garbanzos to the blender. Blend well. Taste and season with more salt if you like.
  3. Mix together the Pesto, tortellinis, halved tomatoes, roasted red tomatoes, and as much of the blended garbanzos as you like (you might not use it all) in a bowl.
  4. To serve, top the tortellinis with parmesan cheese, basil, and black pepper.
