  1. After removing the ends, take the onion and dice it. Put in a baggy and refrigerate.
  2. For the zucchini, slice the washed zucchini into thin pieces and put in a baggy and refrigerate.
  3. Dice the bell peppers. Put in a baggy and refrigerate.
  4. Take half the celery, removing the bottom/tops and dice it. Place in a baggy and refrigerate.
  5. Cut off the majority of the stems of the parsley, and roughly chop the leaves and place in a small baggy or container before refrigerating.
  6. Remove the corn from the heads of corn. Refrigerate.
