Instructions
- In a bowl, shred the chicken well. To the shredded chicken, add the Diced Celery, mayonnaise (however much you like), black pepper, and salt. Stir well and add more mayonnaise, salt, and pepper, as you like.
- Add the chicken salad to the sliced croissants. On each plate add a bed of arugula, Sliced Zucchini, and almonds. Drizzle with Honey Mustard Dressing.
