Instructions
- Finely chop the jalapeños. Add the salt to it and scrape the back of your knife against the jalapeños, crushing it in a rolling motion. Chop the jalapeños finer as needed as the skin gets broken up, creating a fine relish.
- In a jar combine kosher salt, lime juice, and sugar, stirring well. Add the jalapeño relish and stir well before refrigerating.
