  2. Add to a sheet pan covered with parchment paper. Spray with olive oil spray, and add kosher salt, and pepper. Put in the oven for 15 minutes.
  3. Set the timer and continue with your Main Day.
  4. After 15 minutes, flip everything, and finish cooking for 5-10 minutes. Let cool and refrigerate.
