Instructions
- In a large bowl, add the Chopped Kale and lemon squeeze. Massage the kale well. Add the baby spinach and mix together.
- In each bowl, add a bed of the baby spinach and kale. Top with shredded chicken, Roasted Cabbage, and beans. Top with pumpkin seeds and parmesan cheese. Serve with lemon slices and a drizzle of Aji Verde Sauce.
