  1. In a large skillet, over high heat, add the bolognese and spread evenly. Let sit and cook without touching. After 4-5 minutes, stir the bolognese and cook for another few minutes before removing from the heat.
  2. While cooking, heat the rice and Roasted Zucchini in the microwave.
  3. In each bowl, add mixed greens, rice, zucchini, avocado, and the caramelized bolognese. Top with basil, parmesan, and Green onions. Drizzle with Basil Lime Vinaigrette.
