Instructions

  1. If you like, toast the hamburger buns by placing face down in a pan over medium high heat. Cook for a few minutes until toasted. Add the falafels and toast for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  2. While cooking, on each set of buns, put mayonnaise on one side and Creamy Harissa Sauce on the other bun. Add mixed greens on the bottom, top with the tomato and falafel patty.
  3. Serve with Tabbouleh.
