Instructions

  1. In a large pasta pot, bring water to boil for the lo mein noodles.
  2. While coming to a boil, in the jar with the remaining Stir Fry Sauce (or in a bowl), add beef stock and the cornstarch. Shake together well, taste, and add more soy sauce or sriracha as needed.
  3. In a wok or large skillet over high heat, add your Cooked Ground Meat and brown slightly, letting it heat all the way through for a few minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from the pan. In the fat (if there’s none left, add a bit of oil), add the Celery, Red Pepper, snow peas, and Broccoli Florets to the wok. Let them cook until slightly softened, 3-4 minutes. Add the Stir Fry Sauce you finished mixing together earlier, bringing it to a boil, and then reducing the heat to low.
  4. Once sauce is boiling, add the lo mein noodles to the pot of water. Cook for 1 minute less than it says on the package. Drain immediately and add desired amount of noodles to the veggies/sauce for your ideal ratio.
  5. Serve immediately and garnish with Green onions and an egg yolk.
