Instructions
- In a saucepan with a lid, make the rice according to the instructions with the olive oil and salt.
- While cooking, in a wok or large skillet, heat the avocado oil over medium high heat. Add the Celery, Red Pepper, and snow peas. Cook quickly, sautéing quickly and cooking for 3-4 minutes. Add the freshly ground pepper (note, if you can’t handle spicy, just add a touch of black pepper).
- Add the Baked Tofu and Stir Fry Sauce. Stir together and remove from the heat once heated through.
- Serve with Green onions and sesame seeds to taste.
