Instructions

  1. In a saucepan with a lid, make the rice according to the instructions with the olive oil and salt.
  2. While cooking, in a wok or large skillet, heat the avocado oil over medium high heat. Add the Celery, Red Pepper, and snow peas. Cook quickly, sautéing quickly and cooking for 3-4 minutes. Add the freshly ground pepper (note, if you can’t handle spicy, just add a touch of black pepper).
  3. Add the Baked Tofu and Stir Fry Sauce. Stir together and remove from the heat once heated through.
  4. Serve with Green onions and sesame seeds to taste.
