  1. In a large bowl, add the kale and brussels. Massage the kale with your hands and a little olive oil if you like. Add as much Lemon Garlic Dressing as you like and a little kosher salt and pepper and mix well with tongs.
  2. In each bowl, add the kale and brussel mix. Top with sliced chicken, almonds, blueberries, and goat cheese. Serve with a little more black pepper and more Lemon Garlic Dressing.
