Instructions
- In a large bowl, add the kale and brussels. Massage the kale with your hands and a little olive oil if you like. Add as much Lemon Garlic Dressing as you like and a little kosher salt and pepper and mix well with tongs.
- In each bowl, add the kale and brussel mix. Top with sliced chicken, almonds, blueberries, and goat cheese. Serve with a little more black pepper and more Lemon Garlic Dressing.
