Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper. Place the bacon in a flat layer on the parchment paper.
- Put in the oven and cook until crispy, 13-16 minutes. Remove from the oven and place the bacon on a paper towel covered plate. Let cool before chopping/crumbling and refrigerating.
- In a jar, pour the bacon fat from the parchment paper, set aside on the counter until cooled before covering (leave it sitting out).
