  1. Remove the packaging from the tofu and put on a plate with a paper towel. Cover the block with a paper towel and put a plate on top. Press the tofu with something heavier like a few cans of food. Press the tofu for at least 30 minutes and continue with your Main Day.
  2. Dice the tofu into small cubes.
  3. Mix together the sesame oil, soy sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar, and water in a storage container. Add the diced tofu and marinade. Toss a couple times in the marinade before refrigerating.
