Instructions
- Remove the packaging from the tofu and put on a plate with a paper towel. Cover the block with a paper towel and put a plate on top. Press the tofu with something heavier like a few cans of food. Press the tofu for at least 30 minutes and continue with your Main Day.
- Dice the tofu into small cubes.
- Mix together the sesame oil, soy sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar, and water in a storage container. Add the diced tofu and marinade. Toss a couple times in the marinade before refrigerating.
