Instructions
- Heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spread parchment paper onto a large sheet pan. Spread the Marinaded Tofu on the sheet pan and cook for about 30 minutes until lightly browned.
- While cooking, in a saucepan with a lid, make the rice according to the instructions.
- In each bowl, add the broccoli slaw to the bottom. Top with rice, Pepper Salad, tofu, cashews, Cilantro, and Peanut Dressing.
