Instructions
- Take the remaining beef and shred it. Add about 1/4 of the Korean Marinade, taste, and add more as you like.
- In a large skillet over high heat, heat the tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side. Add to a plate with a dish towel, and cover them so they stay warm.
- Once the tortillas are warmed, add the korean beef. Allow it to brown well for about 2 minutes without touching it, flipping it so the other side browns. Remove the beef.
- On each tortilla, put the shredded beef on the bottom. Top with Pepper Salad, Cilantro, and a drizzle of Peanut Dressing. Serve with a side of kimchi.
