Instructions

  1. Take the remaining beef and shred it. Add about 1/4 of the Korean Marinade, taste, and add more as you like.
  2. In a large skillet over high heat, heat the tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side. Add to a plate with a dish towel, and cover them so they stay warm.
  3. Once the tortillas are warmed, add the korean beef. Allow it to brown well for about 2 minutes without touching it, flipping it so the other side browns. Remove the beef.
  4. On each tortilla, put the shredded beef on the bottom. Top with Pepper Salad, Cilantro, and a drizzle of Peanut Dressing. Serve with a side of kimchi.
