  1. In a large pot, add the ground beef over medium-high heat and break it up, allowing the crumbles to brown. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned.
  2. Add the Diced onion and cook another 3-4 minutes. Add the Chopped Cabbage, diced tomatoes, crushed tomatoes, beef broth, and Italian seasoning and stir well. Allow to come to a boil, and then reduce to a simmer, cooking about 15 minutes. Taste and season with more salt as needed.
  3. While cooking, heat the rice in the microwave.
  4. In each bowl, add rice into the bottom. Top with the soup and stir well. Garnish with Green onions.
