  1. In a saucepan with a lid, make the rice according to the instructions. Once cooked, reserve 1/2 rice for Stuffed Cabbage Soup.
  2. Heat the remaining chicken in the microwave until heated through with a damp rag on top to help the chicken still moist.
  3. While cooking, add the chopped snap peas to a bowl with chopped almonds, Green onions, and as much Snap Pea Dressing as you like.
  4. Serve the chicken with a generous sprinkle of sesame seeds over rice with snap pea salad.
