  1. In the microwave, heat up the remaining shredded chicken tinga.
  2. Toast the hamburger buns in a toaster oven or oven.
  3. On each bun, add the shredded chicken to the bottom. Top with slaw, Red onions, and Chimichurri Sauce. Serve with Chickpea salad (microwave for a few seconds if the oil is congealed) on the side.
