Instructions
- For the zucchini, slice two washed zucchini into discs and put in a gallon baggy.
- For the yellow squash, slice two washed squash into discs and put in the same baggy.
- To the peppers, cut off the four sides, working your way around the top steam and inner seeds. Slice into strips. Rotate the peppers and medium dice the peppers. Add to the same gallon baggy before refrigerating.
- Small dice a red onion and place in a separate bag.
