Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, combine the rice, water, salt, and olive oil and cook according to the instructions. Reserve 3/4 rice for Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Peppers and Pork Kimchi Fried Rice.
  2. While cooking, combine the honey and Sriracha in a small bowl and mix in with Spiced Cauliflower and Chickpeas and stir well.
  3. Once rice is ready, spoon into the bottom of your dishes. Top with Spiced Cauliflower and Chickpeas, Lemony Pea and Kale Salad, avocado, and pumpkin seeds. Drizzle with Ranch Dressing and top with Fennel Fronds.
