Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the wings sauce, lime juice, honey, and all the spices together. Stir together. Put about half into a gallon sized baggy and add olive oil. Add the chicken to the baggy, and coat each piece as evenly as possible. Seal bag, place in a bowl to prevent leaks, and store in the fridge.
  2. To the other half of the sauce, add honey and juice of another lime. This will be used for both additional sauce and a glaze once the chicken is cooked. Put in a small container and refrigerate.
