- In a large gallon baggy, combine the soy sauce, ketchup, grated ginger, minced garlic, and brown sugar. Shake or stir together.
- Add the chicken thighs to the baggy. Seal and completely cover the thighs with the marinade. Put the baggy in a bowl to avoid drips and place in the fridge.
