  1. In a small bowl, combine the remaining Ginger Tahini Sauce with the miso. Stir together, taste and add a little more miso if you like. Set aside.
  2. Roughly dice the leftover chicken and avocados.
  3. On the bottom of each dish, add a mixture of cabbage and arugula. Top with slaw, diced avocado, diced chicken, Baked Veggies, and a sprinkle of chow mein noodles, Green onions, and Cilantro. Serve with the Miso Ginger Tahini Dressing.
