  1. In a jar or bowl, add the olive oil, red wine vinegar, red pepper flakes, oregano, salt and pepper. Chop the parsley and mince the garlic and add to the bowl. Mix together, put in a tightly fitting container, and cover until you're ready to serve.
  2. Once refrigerated, pull out at the beginning when you cook so that the oil will melt. You can also pop in the microwave for a few seconds.
