Week 41

This week you’re in for a fresh one with tons of fresh vegetables and fruits from the summer’s bounty! Find these at your local farmer’s market to really get the best tasting (and most nutritious) produce around.

SHORT ON TIME ON MAIN DAY?: Find chopped peppers and onions in the frozen or produce section. You can buy canned or frozen corn. We recommend toasting your own croutons and honey mustard dressing, but you can buy some if you’re really in a rush!

SET THE SCENE: Take a second when you start to cook and turn on a podcast or some music! Cooking should be enjoyable and not a chore. We hope we can help you find enjoyment in cooking, if you don’t already!
