Welcome back, pal! You’re in for some Mediterranean delights this week with homemade falafel and Tabbouleh.

SUBSTITUTIONS: Can’t eat steak? Substitute with chicken, no big deal (the marinade will still work for it, as well).

TOO BUSY ON MAIN DAY?: Don’t have as much time on your Main Day? You can always make the Tabbouleh during the week (most of the meals will take around 15-20 minutes as is). The Falafel should be made/cooked within 48 hours of making the dough, FYI.
