Week 18

This week you’re in for a treat! One of our favorite salads of all time—enter the chat, Acorn Squash and White Bean Salad.

SHORT ON TIME: For your Main Day, buy a few bags of kale instead of chopping your own. You can also skip making the whisked eggs ahead of time if you just want to do the day of.

MAIN DAY: If you don’t have a full hour that’s easy for you to set aside, do a few recipes at a time, and come back to the rest when you have more time! Some people like breaking up their Main Day to give them the time they need for prep.
