Week 16

Hey there, lovely friend. This week, you’ll enjoy some Cajun classics, and some delicious Mexican recipes.

SHORT ON TIME: For your Main Day, buy enchilada sauce instead of making your own (although this recipe is divine!). For the week, you can also buy 18 ounces romaine instead of chopping your own.

ASSEMBLE YOUR INGREDIENTS: Don’t forget—before you begin each recipe, gather your ingredients in one area and gather any tools you might need! After you’ve done this, finish your mise en place (aka “putting in place”) by preparing the ingredients how they’re written. This will save you a ton of time!
